• Grocery Store (1★) — Aisles provide cover; good for new players.
• Library (1★) — Bookshelves provide cover; beginner friendly.
• Obby (1★) — Simple obstacle layout; lower difficulty rating.
• Office (1★) — Small office rooms; easy navigation.
• Storage Unit (1★) — Compact storage rooms; easier to learn.

Run 5–10 extractions on easy pools before medium. Practice crouch routes on Grocery Store aisles, revive channels in Office rooms, and Escape arrow following on Obby without coils first.
